85 percent of the first phase of homes at The Quarry have been snapped up by savvy buyers, of the 47 homes available now just seven remain. Our first residents will move into their new homes in the New Year.
This first phase offered a selection of two bed maisonettes, three bed terraced houses and three and four bed semi-detached houses, as well as further two bed maisonettes and three bed terraced houses available for Shared Ownership.
Of these, the final four bed homes are available for sale, with just a few Shared Ownership 3 bed houses remaining. Now, as the first phase of sales at The Quarry reaches an end, L&Q are gearing up for the next sales launch in early 2018.
